Question: I suffer with neck pain, back pain, hip pain and lack of flexibility in hips, and I'm old. How much time would it take daily, if I did the 4 programs (Forward Head Posture Fix, Unlock Your Hip Flexors, Shoulder Injury Fix, Back Pain Fix)?
You can do them in any order and there is no difference in effectiveness. You should do the exercises everyday and if you want faster results, do them twice day. Don’t exaggerate the stretch or exercises more than necessary to allow for a minimum effective change. Each day it will improve. If you’re noticing change, enjoy it and be consistent.
