Question: UYTS - Is this program is safe for rheumatoid arthritis?
If you are in acute inflammatory stage of rheumatoid arthritis, it is best to just perform gentle range of motion exercises and isometric strengthening in pain-free positions, and avoid stretching the swollen joints or use heavy resistance to prevent further stress to the joint/s.
However, if you are in the subacute and chronic phases, meaning your symptoms have started to diminish, I think it's okay to do this program, but, please learn how to monitor your symptoms. Once you feel discomfort or fatigue setting in, stop. Incorporate rest periods appropriate for your case.
