Question: I'm having fatigued neck muscles I am wondering what kind of pillow(or no pillow) I should use and what is the best sleeping position for my case?
We suggest using just one firm pillow or a contoured pillow to support the neck but still maintain its natural curvature when you are sleeping on your back, and a pillow under your knees to avoid straining your lower back.
You may also try sleeping on your side, but make sure that your head is positioned in between your shoulders and not bent towards either side of the shoulder. You may use or hug another pillow in between your arms and knees to help you avoid twisting your body in unexpected ways.
