Question: How do you increase range of motion of the knee after a total knee replacement?

We would like to add exercises like HEEL SLIDES as well - when your seated or lying on your bed, bend the strong leg to its maximum, and then try to bend the operated leg as far as you can and hold it for 20-30 seconds. Similar to that is when you are sitting on your chair while watching tv, you can try to move the foot backwards and hold again. Using an exercise bike can also help loosen up the tightness on your knee, but start with a high seat first before doing the low seat, which requires greater knee flexion.
