Q: Do I need to avoid acidic foods and drinks?
Acidic foods are the most common foods in the average American Diet. I would stick to water...and did you know that although lemons are acidic, they produce an alkaline effect in the body. So, water with lemon every morning is a great choice.
Actually, when our bodies don’t produce enough of the RIGHT kind of acids, we end up with acid reflux and health issues. I would use the Apple Cider Vinegar daily and see how this works internally to create less acidic symptoms, but a more balanced internal acid.
