Question: My right hip is killing me all the time. Trying to heal from nerve pain in the right leg most of it is gone. I don't know if it's sciatica pain shooting up my leg from the hip or not?
We are not certain if the leg pain is due to sciatica since there is also no proper and personal assessment of your problem. But in order to confirm your diagnosis, we highly recommend that you should consult your doctor or a specialist to look after the pain.
They will perform physical and neurological exams. Also, the confirmatory test may need imaging diagnostic test like XRay, MRI or CT Scan.
Together, all these various exams and tests will give your doctor a more complete picture of your pain. Using this information, he or she will most likely be able to make a diagnosis of the underlying cause of your pain and sciatica. You can do the foam rolling once you have confirmed your diagnosis.
I suggest you to have this program called Fix My Back Pain that has specific exercises that you can do for your sciatica pain. You can get it here: http://fixmybackpain.com/. Again, it is highly recommended that you seek medical attention since you have multiple problems, this will assure you what is causing the pain. We are not certain if these programs will help you unless you do so.
I hope this information has helped you!
