Question: I experience elbow pain every time I start weight training and it heals after 2-3 weeks. What should I do?
It could be four (4) things:
- The weight you are lifting is too heavy for your muscles to handle at the moment
- You progressed and increased the weight suddenly
- There could be something wrong with your form when you are performing the exercise
- You forgot to warm up your arm and forearm muscles
