How many exercises in each routine (standing and on the floor)?
How many of them are different from your unlock hip flexors program?
The new program has 2 flows: The Beginner and the Intermediate flow. Both flows have 10 exercises in it.
The difference is that the first one is in standing position and the other one is lying position or on the floor exercises. These exercises are what you would do after the Unlock Your Hip Flexors program.
