Q: I have posterior pelvic tilt and I've been told the hip flexor exercises will not help that condition and can actually make it worse. What exercises are good for that?
First thing to do is stretch and release, activate the inhibited muscles, strengthen the weak muscles, open up your hips, and maintain neutral pelvis in functional positions.
