We always believe that losing weight needs to be 70% diet and 30% exercise. It's the diet that has the greatest impact on weight loss. I hope you can still follow a diet that is full of vegetables, fruit, lean meats and quality carbohydrates. Don't forget to drink plenty of water and stay away from sodas. Nothing is impossible if you stick to the plan.
No matter how hard we work out, if you don't focus on a good diet, it'll be hard to achieve the goal of losing weight. So diet still is the best solution in losing weight and also with frequent exercise.
