When we talk about lateral elbow, it is the part of the elbow which lies on the side of the thumb, while medial elbow is that part which lies on the side of the little finger. Pronation in layman's term, is a position of your arm where in your palm is facing downward, while supination is that position of your arm where in your palm is facing up.
With regards to how many exercises to do in Day 1 or Day 2, we encourage you to complete the entire program in one workout session, as these exercises are repeated regularly in order to see your progress on a regular basis.
